Whether it is two days a week or every other week day, make it a habit and it will be easier to maintain through pregnancy. When you are pregnant your center of gravity shifts due to growth of your breasts and belly. This can cause strain on other areas of your body. Strengthening your abdominal and back muscles before pregnancy will leave you less likely to have back pain later on.
A diet of fruits and vegetables helps to improve egg quality. Watermelon, asparagus, in addition to other raw fruits and vegetable, give the body a rich supply of glutathione which is important for egg quality. In the warm weather months, there is no shortage of great produce, waiting to be eaten.
