If you contact us outside of normal business hours, please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders placed within the United States and its territories.
Please allow 48 – 72 hours for processing; orders are processed during normal business hours.

Due to the current climate, we have been experiencing massive shipping delays and lost packages. This has caused us to pause shipping to most international regions with the exception of Europe and Canada.
We are currently only accepting international orders from Europe and Canada.
Shipping times may vary; most orders are received within 2-4 weeks. If you have not received your order 30 days after it has shipped, please contact us.
We offer complimentary international shipping (Europe & Canada) on all orders over $125 USD.
For all other orders that do not meet the minimum spend to be eligible for free shipping, a standard international shipping fee of $19.95 USD will apply.
Please note, all applicable customs, duties and/or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We believe in the products we offer, but if something isn’t for you, we offer a return policy that is easy for our customers. All purchases can be returned within thirty (30) days, back to the original form of payment. We only accept returns on unused and gently used items.
Purchases can be returned within 30 days of receipt, back to the original payment method. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. Our customer service team will then send you a form to include in your shipment. The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment; we are not able to make any exceptions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you received orders with incorrect items or damaged items, please email us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange. Photos of damaged shipping may be requested for an authorization process.
Please be sure to package your items well to prevent damage during transport and please ship in the original packaging if possible.

Unless otherwise indicated, one discount code can be applied per transaction. Promotions are only applicable for dates indicated and while supplies last. We reserve the right to rescind a promotion at any time.
